My experience offers me a unique perspective from which I work with my client (either an individual the team, or the organization) to provide solid, tangible skills and services that assist the client in solving or improving real world business problems that contain significant “people issues.”

My training and background in psychology allow me to look at the situation or business issue from a deeper perspective, allowing me to craft solutions that reflect the presence of less obvious contributing forces, on both individual and team levels. To this background, I add my experience in leadership and operations roles.
