Larry Butler, M.A.

Current Activities
Larry is the principal of Butler Associates. He provides executive coaching to senior executives and board members as well as change management guidance for organizations. Larry serves as an advisor for number start-up technology companies. He has been a seminar leader for the Project Management Institute in 2003, 2004, and 2005, 2006, and 2007.
Background
Larry has served as a vice president and the senior Human Resource officer for PeopleSoft (now Oracle), RightWorks (now i2Technologies), and the Bank of California (now Union Bank of California). He is a graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program, has a master’s degree in psychology, and is a licensed therapist.

Jeffrey Hathaway, M.S.

Current Activities
Jeffrey is a Senior Project Executive for Xerox Global Services, Inc. In this role, Jeffrey uses his strong organizational and interpersonal skills to deliver multi-year, global projects; primarily for Fortune 50 companies. Jeffrey successfully uses “people skills” to build relationships, teams, and, ultimately, sustainable partnerships/alliances with both internal and external clients.
Background
Jeffrey has extensive project leadership experience and has been involved with the Project Management Institute since 2001. Jeffrey is a certified PMP, and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Students of Project Management SIG (Special Interest Group).
Jeffrey has a Master’s degree in project management, and is a PhD candidate in leadership studies and organizational behavior. Jeffrey’s current research interest involves an exploration of knowledge sharing on virtual project teams. Jeffrey also teaches graduate level courses in IT Project Management and People Skills for Project Managers.

Dr. Ginger Levin, CAPM, PMP, PgMP

Current Activities
Ginger is a senior consultant and educator in project management. Her specialty areas are portfolio management, the Project Management Office, metrics, and maturity assessments. In addition to her many other credentials, she is also certified as an OPM3 assessor and consultant. She is the only person in the world who holds all of the Project Management Institute’s certifications. Ginger is a Lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where she teaches in the M.S. in Project Management Program.
She is the co-author of a number of books, including Project Portfolio Management, Achieving Project Success with Virtual Teams, and Essential People Skills for Project Managers.
Background
Ginger holds a doctorate in Information Systems Technology and Public Administration from The George Washington University.
In her consulting role, she has worked with numerous Fortune 500 and public sector clients, including Bank One, UPS, Citibank, the Food and Drug Administration, General Electric, and the New York Transit Authority. Prior to consulting, she held senior level positions with the Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Personnel Management, and the General Accounting Office.

Mike Mombrea, M.A.

Current Activities
As a consultant, coach and private practitioner, Mike’s approach with individuals and organizations stresses the essential connection between emotional intelligence and personal, professional and bottom line business success.
Background
Mike has a broad range of experience in private and public organizational settings. Over the last 15 years, as Executive Vice-President of Account Services for ValueOptions, a national leader in the administration of Mental Health services and Employee Assistance Programs, Mike has distinguished himself as a leader in the development and management of national account relationships. In this role, he supported a team of 60 Account Service professionals and worked directly with Fortune 500 companies such as Boeing, Chevron, Wells Fargo, Johnson & Johnson, Pitney Bowes, Northrop Grumman and Pacific Gas & Electric.
In his work in the public sector, Mike served as a consultant for the Vallejo Police Department, developing a unique program to address issues of cultural competency. He has also provided organizational consultation to Youth & Family Services of Solano County. Mike received his certification in Leadership Training from AchieveGlobal, Inc., and is a licensed mental health professional.

Paul Bracke, Ph.D.
Current Activities
Paul is the founder of both ilead executive leadership programs and the ReclaimTM program. He offers executive coaching to senior executives and consults with executive teams. He also offers the ReclaimTM program, an innovative program that teaches leaders how to implement streamlined and concrete strategies for becoming stress-resistant, the ability to eliminate chronic stress and Type A behavior even with high demands, and the ability to create a healthier and sustainable life balance.
Background
After receiving his doctorate from Stanford where he focused on Type A behavior, cardiovascular disease and mind-body medicine, Paul excelled as senior consultant at the Meyer Friedman Institute (MFI) of Mount Zion hospital in San Francisco the clinical research institute that completed the original research defining and examining Type A behavior. As a senior consultant at MFI he led groups that reduced Type A behavior, contributed extensively to the development of the MFI treatment program, and trained group leaders. In addition, he has written extensively on understanding and eliminating Type A and toxic stress.
Paul has provided executive coaching, seminars and consulting for executives from a wide range of companies including: Boston Scientific, Sun Microsystems, Inovant, Visa International, PG&E, Synopsis, Calyx & Corolla, The Learning Company and Willitts Designs International.
